As a ballet dancer, muscle relief is crucial after intense rehearsals and performances, so I was excited to try Covet Releve Relief Icy Muscle Gel. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The gel has a strong, overpowering scent that lingers for hours, which is quite distracting. While it provides a cooling sensation initially, the relief is very short-lived, and I didn't notice any significant improvement in my muscle soreness. Additionally, the gel leaves a sticky residue that feels uncomfortable on the skin and makes it difficult to apply evenly.
