Orders within the United States

Standard Shipping - our lowest cost shipping option, and available for free with orders over $100. The estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days from the date of shipment, based on your location. We typically use USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground Saver, or UPS SurePost for this service.

Priority Shipping - a faster service than Standard Shipping, and available for free with orders over $250. The estimated delivery time is 1-5 business days from the date of shipment, based on your location. We typically use UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail for this service, and we will always use the optimal service for your order.

UPS 2nd Day Air - arrives in 2 business days from the date of shipment.

UPS Next Day Air Saver - arrives next business day from the date of shipment.

The estimated delivery times above do not include order processing, which may range from 1-3 days depending upon when your order is placed.

International Orders

DanceSupplies.com is delighted to serve international customers. Please note that if you are located outside the U.S. (and U.S. territories), due to manufacturers' agreements we are prohibited from shipping certain brands to you, including Bloch, Capezio, Bunheads, and Mirella. If you try to process an order with items from these brands, you will see an alert announcing that we cannot fulfill it. The alert will specify the restricted item, and once removed from your shopping cart the order can be processed as normal.

International shipments are made via DHL or UPS, and we offer three different delivery methods:

• DHL eCommerce Parcel Direct
• UPS Standard
• UPS Worldwide Expedited

Shipping costs and delivery estimates will be provided at checkout, and for your added convenience, local taxes and duties required in your country will also be collected, with no additional fees due at delivery.

Unless due to an error on our part, customers are responsible for any shipment fees associated with delivery, a return, exchange, etc. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. With international orders we are unable to make partial shipments.
