We strive to provide an enjoyable shopping experience, including a simple return process. Before processing a return be sure to carefully read our Return Policies and Helpful Tips towards the bottom of this page.

Exchanges

There are two approaches to exchanges.

Process an Exchange

Alternatively, if you need your exchange item faster, we recommend that you place a new order for your desired replacement products, which will allow us to ship them to you sooner. Then, process a return of your original order using the button above.

Return Policies:

• Returns/exchanges may be made within 30 days of the original shipment date. During the holiday season, returns of purchases made from November 1 through December 25 are accepted until January 25.
• Returns must be free of damage or signs of wear and in brand new condition with all manufacturer’s packaging included (shoe boxes, garment tags, etc.).
• For sanitary reasons, tights, thongs, underwear, and men's dance belts are "final sale" and may not be returned/exchanged.
• Clearance items are also “final sale” and may not be returned/exchanged.
• If your original order received a special promotion, such as a free item, volume discount, or free shipping, and by making a return the final order would not have qualified for the promotion, the benefit originally awarded will be deducted from the refunded amount.
• We cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Helpful Tips To Ensure Your Item Is Eligible For A Return:

• When trying on shoes, do so on a towel. Do not wear shoes on a bare floor or outdoors. Do not tap around in tap shoes. Be sure your feet are clean and dry.
• When trying on apparel, be sure that no stains occur from makeup, deodorant, etc. Wear undergarments when trying on leotards. Do not make alterations.
• Do not remove any manufacturer’s tags. Save all manufacturer’s packaging.
• Do not write any names on items (including shoe boxes).
• Do not sew ribbons or elastic on shoes.
• Return shoes or other fragile items in a durable box to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using UPS or USPS Insured mail services.

• If you have purchased return coverage, your return shipping label will be prepaid as long as you process your return through our guided portal. If return coverage was not purchased, or if you choose not to use the portal, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

The above guidelines are designed to preserve the quality of our inventory and ensure that we only deliver brand new products to our customers. Returns that do not meet these guidelines unfortunately cannot be accepted. We thank you for your cooperation!
