Utilizing advanced hydrogel technology, these protective gel cushions are composed almost entirely of water, yet are durable enough to withstand your longest days.

Easy to use - simply remove the backing and tape to skin.

Each Mini Jar contains 16 Medium and 4 Large Dots. Medium dots measure 3/4" in diameter. Large dots measure 1 1/8" in diameter.

Good but Expensive

So to be honest here, this product works as stated. If you have good tape they can be used for a long time and they are good at soothing blisters. My only complaint is the price. For a pack of 16, it is $6.50, but you can get a jar of 2nd skin patches for $25 for 200 squares. That if four times the price of the Dancers' Dots for nearly 12 times as much product. While these do work like a charm, I feel that they are overpriced like many other Gaynor Minden products.
